Brain break - Connecting beyond screens

Digital stress is a cause for concern in today's society and the everyday life of constant digital connection is making us ill.

What opportunities, creativity and well-being might we be able to access if we seek a deeper understanding of the digital stress of ourselves and others?

How can we learn to choose technology instead of technology choosing us?

This lecture provides perspectives on everyone's digital behaviors, how we can create conscious screen time and what happens to your mind, time and relationships when you give yourself time for recovery. This is followed by 60 minutes of silence which will help your brain to create new brain cells and improve memory. When external stimuli is removed, your brain recovers and you gain access to empathy, thoughts, emotions, memories and ideas. You lower your stress hormones and becomes more creative.
